New Times' Tacolandia: Get Your Tickets Before the Price Increases

If you love tacos, you don't want to miss New Times' Tacolandia.

On Saturday, November 11, from 3 to 6 p.m., taco lovers can eat their fill of tacos at the Hangar located at Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove.

The event features more than 20 of South Florida's best restaurants, each featuring a dish showcasing their taco idea. Confirmed participating restaurants include VIP restaurants Bayshore Club and Glass & Vine alongside La Catrina, Yip, Tacazo Taqueria, La Tiendita Taqueria, Taquiza, Talkin' Tacos, Bartaco, Pink Taco, Ernie's Açai, Quore Gelato, 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine, Eclectico Restaurant & Bar, Juice Mafia, and Puttshack.

The event includes various activities, from cigar rolling with Oliva Cigar Co. and a booth offering custom airbrush tattoos to a gaming zone where you can take a break from tacos to play life-size beer pong, cornhole, Jenga, and giant Twister.

There's also a selfie station for Instagram-worthy, taco-fueled memories (don't forget to tag #TacolandiaMIA) and a DJ spinning tracks old and new.

Feeling spicy? A pepper-eating contest lets you prove your Scoville scale-tolerating skills for a chance to win free tacos at participating Tacolandia restaurants.

Of course, you'll probably need a drink to go with those delicious tacos, and New Times has you covered. Enjoy unlimited beer and cocktail samplings all afternoon.

General Admission tickets cost $30 and include entry into the event at 3 p.m., unlimited tacos, beverage samples, and musical entertainment. Starting September 16, tickets will cost $40.

VIP Admission tickets cost $50, including early entry into the event at 2 p.m., unlimited drinks, an exclusive lounging area, a commemorative gift, and exclusive restaurants. Starting September 16, tickets will cost $60.
